We're looking for storyboard artists for a new upcoming Tv show.
Job Summary:
○ We are seeking a Storyboard Artist for a new upcoming project.
○ The Storyboard artist will bring the story and episodes to life by animatic. Through research, exploration, conversations and collaboration, the Stoyboard artist will work with the creative leads to provide solid character acting, lip syncing, and appealing animation. We are seeking artists with both unique and technical styling and skills that will bring our projects to life.
What you'll do:
○ Storyboard + animatic for a teen series
○ Solid character acting and clear drawing (on model) are necessary
○ Collaborate with grace, humility, inclusion, and open-mindedness
○ Willingness to complete the assignments by the deadlines scheduled
○ Create storyboards: from thumbnail/rough storyboard panels through delivery of finished storyboard sequences.
○ Ensure that storyboard includes all final dialogue, backgrounds, direction, camera moves and action by making drawing or text changes in description, dialogue or numbering.
Qualifications:
○ Must be able to work with Toon Boom Storyboard pro.
○ Ability to manage the production schedule and resources.
○ Must demonstrate proficiency in style of show.
○ Strong staging and composition skills (teen series).
○ Good verbal and written communication skills (all the production material are in italian, you must be able to speak and read in Italian).
○ Strong time-management skills.
○ Ability to align with the style and sensibility of show, including the ability to draw characters and environments on model within a particular show style.
○ 1-3 years of experience as storyboard artist on series or feature film. If you feel that your portfolio/reel could be suitable for this job, please send us your works, don't feel the pressure of the experience, we often hired good artists directly from school.
